I do leave the house. I struggle with PTSD and it affects so many aspects of my life. Sometimes the panic attacks come from out of the blue.

Sometimes I know one is coming, like when I worked the election. Just too many people and too much noise.

I just find it so ironic that I live in a dark house, wishing I were outside living, and when I'm actually out in the world, I wish for my cave.

I do go to therapy. I journal every day but rarely share what I write.

everything wrong with her imaginable got a support Lab. He's been a godsend!! Any family or friends nearby?
