at this moment I suspect that most of us are feeling anxious.....
about various things big and small in our lives + what is happening
with the course of events with our own government and what
Republicans are doing to the People- all in the desire to hold their power.
Very useful video in these times,

My son is almost nineteen, now, and I was a couple of weeks short of forty-four when he was born. (25 years after his much too easy to conceive older sister... so I've been both a teenaged mother and a geezer mother.) I was trying anything promising, and guided imagery was only one component, but it definitely helped with the stress.

If you are impatient then skip to the one hour mark - at 1 hour 6 minutes he introduces guided imagery that seems useful.
