Didn't realize there were enough of us to have a group. I often invent a grocery list to get my husband out of the house. Can't do anything decently when anyone's around. If I'm alone, I like to read, clean, cook, go on the computer, and I like News on TV most of the day. Hate anybody's else's tv programs, but I never complain when the family comes and changes the channel. I don't boss anyone and hate anyone bossing me. I like my own company. I help anyone that I can (which is too often), but hardly ever ask for help from anyone.
My grown children come over quite often for supper, and after I've prepared the food, I take off for my room to read a book or go on computer, preferring to eat later.
I thought I wasn't normal, but according to the posts in this group, I am.

I like the fact that you don't like to be bossed and vice versa.
The one person I could call a close friend (we only see each other about once a year) is very bossy. One evening or event with her - it takes me days to recover. I never understand how someone can be so overbearing and not be aware of it. Every single opinion she holds has to be the RIGHT one. Just try and disagree with her - she will argue with you "til the cows come home" as my mother would say. I just give up!!
