07-28-2022 Hazard, KY - Historic & Devastating Flooding



I wonder if ol' Mitch and Rand will do more than send worthless thoughts and prayers, or will they ask for federal funding they usually want to deny to blue states after disaster strikes?

I do feel awful for the folks affected by the floods, absolutely devastating.

New York & New Jersey were hit by Sandy back in 2012 even though Christie was governor in NJ.

that the coal companies are responsible for much of this, with their irresponsible land practices and strip mining. Who here has read Night Comes to the Cumberlands by Henry Caudill? I read it years ago when I first moved to Tennessee and it made an indelible impression on me.
