Coldest morning since 2022 in DC!

Lows 10 to 15 along and east of I95.
Single digits to the west... even 0 in N Montgomery and S Frederick counties.
Low of 15 at Reagan National and 9 Dulles.
Canaan Valley, W .Va. hit 27 below!!!
