The Lewis Ratchet is NOT Closed Loop Pulse Propulsion

In my last few posts, I have been discussing the Lewis Ratchet. This concept will let you move your Huck Finn raft on water without paddles, sails, or propellers of any sort. That being said, the Lewis Ratchet is more of a concept than a real desirable mode of transportation. I consider it an exploration of physics.
Closed Loop Pulse Propulsion is different. If you are unfamiliar, please ask Bing or ChatGPT about it but CLPP isn't just tiny dislocations. CLPP is a chain of events that bleeds the momentum from one side of the equation and allows for continuous asymmetric momentum.
I offer the following video as an example of Linear Closed Loop Pulse Propulsion. As you can see in the video, there is no real way to naturally stop the platform under the conditions you witness because friction has removed some energy from the system. As we all agree, the laws regarding the conservation of energy and momentum are sacrosanct so we know instinctively that the platform you see in the video will never stop unless it transfers its momentum to another object.
What you are witnessing in this video is Emmy Noether's vision of the universe. She captured in math what I am trying to capture in your imagination. Thank you for reading.
