Learn something new every day...

I just read about a kind of woo I never heard of, at the Encyclopedia of American Loons, this one is fairly harmless, but still silly.

"Earthing"

It means going barefoot as much as possible outdoors, so that our feet pick up "free electrons" from the Earth.

I bet this is really popular in northern states in Winter!

Occasionally sneakers, if I remember, but he mostly went barefoot which was sure unusual - especially since I went to school in Western NY State, serious snow country! I'm wondering if this strange custom is what that guy was about??
