Too strange to be coincidence
Yesterday morning I stopped by a convenience store to grab something for breakfast en route to work. My order came to $6.37, and I noticed that the receipt showed me to be customer 637.
I waited a handful of minutes for my order to be filled, and as I exited I saw that the in-store digital clock was out of sync with the registers, because it also showed 6:37.
Spooky!
So I played 637 for yesterday's daily number, and can you guess what the winning number was?
That's right! 825.
Spooky!

Later that day, I spotted a license plate that had the number 57 in it which is the year a friend of mine was born. Also, when I came home, the clock radio said "3:14" and my wife asked me if I wanted a slice of pie.
I mean, what are the odds?

Maher said, "God? Or sometimes it rains."

(16,623 posts)When I read predictions for my zodiac sign in paperprint-publications like magazines, the description somehow fits my actual personality and actual life.
But the descriptions made on internet-sites for my zodiac-sign in general don't fit my personality.
This is proof that paper is magic and electronics is not.
