For a minority of people, our health care is very good. While ACA is a first step in opening basic access to more, it is but one small finger in a dam with many many holes.

unless one is wealthy enough to afford the top tier plan. The deductibles might have looked like chump change to Congress but they're out of reach of the 99%.

And if you get sick in December, you'll hit that year's deductible plus the next year's deductible in January, making the insurance policy pretty useless.
