Religious beliefs make no sense at all.

If god (whatever) is omniscient, then why didn't it know that it had created flawed humans? Why didn't it know how the world would turn out?

If god gave humans free will, then how can it dictate all aspects of our lives? How can we have choices for our lives if our fates are already determined?

If god is omnipotent, then why does it need humans to do its work?

If god is omnipresent, then why do humans have to do good works?

If god so loved the world, why has it killed countless people throughout history? Why does it allow atrocities such as those we're seeing in Urkraine?

The contradictions in religion are so numerous that it's a impossible to reconcile.

Thanks for your memes, ItsjustMe!

Where I live, Christians will accept a Nazi, but will attack an Atheist.

more often I say "I just don't believe a word of it. I tried when I was a kid, but I couldn't." Then I change the subject and most people move on. If they don't, they often regret it.

Thanks, IJM, for posting these quotes; they are so damn logical!

(Met & chatted with Lawrence Krauss at the first Reason Rally held on the DC Mall in 2012. Nice guy but very flirty.)
