Remember when members of congress stood on the steps of the capitol building, recited the Pledge of Allegiance and screamed the words "Under God"?

(7,557 posts)Kudos to one of my senators. She didn't use the word prayer. Barbara hasn't checked in yet, but she did offer her prayers to the families in Colorado.
Republican prayers are all over this.
