1. I went with Asylum

because I think that best describes my opinion of it.

I might have gone with Nothing Fails Like Prayer, but for some reason, I just could not vote for something so horrific. To the prosecutors, all I can say is "you fucked up by not bringing them to trial or going for jail time".

It's like she took the words right outta my head...

(Absence update - not around much because I've been moving into my new place, with all the horrors of unpacking, putting stuff away, etc. etc. Still adjusting to the move. But after 20+ years in Los Angeles, I can't believe how QUIET it is here. I'm on a short dead-end semi-rural street with only 5 other houses. And big overgrown wooded lots on either side. Occasionally hear a dog bark or little kids playing somewhere down the road. But mostly just cicadas and silence. I'm really getting to like it!)

I've never seen Orange is the New Black, but I think I like Piper Chapman.

4. Don't like the "I believe in science"

You don't "believe" in science. There's nothing to believe in.

You TRUST science!

You trust it because it has a long and varied track record of success and because you know it's checked and double checked.... and then triple checked.
