The dangers of the interfaith luncheon

DISCLAIMER: Posted in the Atheists/Agnostics Group, a safe haven where we eat everything. Especially plump Xian babies.

Planning a nice ecumenical lucnheon? CAREFUL! Serve pork, and the Muslims and Jews won't come. Don't serve pork and you've pissed off the Orthodox Macedonians, for whom pork-noshing is central to their beliefs.

Serve beef and the Hindus won't come. Etc. etc.

Maybe everybody should just brown-bag it, with their individual god-approved lunches.
