Boing Starliner expected to launch 1 June

Less than 2 hours from now. Will believe it when I see it. About 11:35am Central.

Musk is slated to launch Starship #4 on 5 June.

CNN

Boeing’s Starliner is aiming to launch its crewed maiden voyage Saturday, a mission that has been a decade in the making.

The new spacecraft is expected to lift off atop an Atlas V rocket at 12:25 p.m. ET from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. A livestream of the event began at 8:15 a.m. ET on NASA’s website.

Weather conditions are 90% favorable for launch, with the only concerns being winds and cumulus clouds, according to Mark Burger, launch weather officer of the 45th Weather Squadron at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Boeing's first Starliner flight with astronauts on board was called off in the final minutes on Saturday.

The company was targeting a launch on June 1 at 12:25 p.m. ET of its capsule, which is carrying astronauts to the International Space Station for the first time in a final major test of the system.

The launch’s hold was automatically issued for an unspecified reason, NASA said on its broadcast, with under four minutes remaining in the countdown. Holds in a rocket launch countdown are a fairly common occurrence. The crew on board are safe and will disembark shortly.

Two NASA astronauts are aboard the Starliner capsule, which would be carried by United Launch Alliance’s Atlas V rocket to the International Space Station.

Boeing already has backup launch dates scheduled, including Sunday at 12:03 p.m. EDT. Depending on the cause of the launch scrub, Boeing and NASA can reschedule the launch for another attempt 24 hours later, or target alternative launch dates of June 5th or June 6th.

invite Musk, Zuckerberg, the TrumpTwats, etc for a free flight.

Not trump himself though...that thing would never get off the ground and everyone would be safe.

They are sked to hook up with the ISS tomorrow morning around 11am Central, so it's far from over, but the launch looked great.
