I use it on roasted veggies, pork chops, fish....so much more....That said I also use other spices that accommoate a dish but the Olde Bay...it's just an arm reach away.

Me? Right now, I'm fixated on experimenting with saffron and sumac. But Old Bay is still on a prominent place on the shelf.
