2. This is common rhetoric in that part of the world.

Hyperbole exists for us too (the right calling the left communists and the left calling the right nazis).

The thing is... in this part of the world (during WWII) it was literally true. The people who opposed Russian dominion had sided with the nazis at one point... and those who aligned with the Russians were literally communists.

3. Not everyone sided with Nazis or Communists

Many people felt trapped between the two sides, not wanting either one. Others chose what they perceived as the lesser of two evils.

4. Just about everybody knows that tRump and Russia lie about everything, so if they try to present

something as fact (like here), no one is going to believe them what-so-ever.
