Church was glorious today. So much love and joy. Lots of great music, smiles, and hugs and then a potluck lunch, complete with champagne toast. I love my church!

I decided to go all out with Lent and Holy Week this year. I attended all our Lenten soup suppers and discussions. I made it to Tennebrae and Good Friday service. Then today, after all the contemplation and the bleakness of the church, we all heard the good news of the tomb being empty and Mary Magdalene seeing Jesus alive.
