and for Croatia itself. It's called 'Velika Gospa', meaning "Great Lady" and it's origins go beyond that of a traditional Catholic feast day.

It's wonderful to see how many countries and cultures honor Mary, including the many for whom she (through her various titles) is patroness. That, of course, includes her patronage of the United States through her Immaculate Conception.
