May I ask for some light for my show?
My local theatre group is putting on a musical; my daughter and I both have substantial roles. This show has a cast of more than 50 actors, original music, a live orchestra, puppetry, dance, film (I'm doing all the special effects, which is pretty new to me), awesome costumes -- you name, we got it.
But it's summer and people are traveling, so tickets sales are sluggish. We built a kickstarter page too, but unless a miracle happens, we're not going to reach our goal and will lose the money already pledged.
If this show crashes, my theatre will go bankrupt and close. They are like family to my daughter and me (and all the other actors).
So, if inclined, may I ask for some light to shine upon our little theatre, so that all the effort we've put into marketing this show pays off in time?
Thank you!
