I was half asleep last night when Skinner gave me the the keys to the Sticky Pin Machine, so I just tested a couple of things and wandered off to bed. I did want to take a second and say thank you for letting me serve the group as a host.

I blab about myself pretty openly, so if you don't know me, you will before long.

I believe that everything we truly need is within us.

Having said that, I am passionately interested in a wide range of topics that this groups discusses, and have delved into everything from astrology, to runes and tarot, to mudras and energy healing, to meditation, and many, many other areas.

And I am very, very glad to be in your company.

10. Mudras are hand and finger positions used in meditation, and also

used in yoga to enhance energy flow. They also work as acupressure points to help with a lot of things.

It's one of those wonderful tools that has developed in several different disciplines.
