4. I just get this feeling sometimes.

I used to get it quite a bit during the Bush years. It was as if a directive had gone out to demoralize as many people as possible, as a support for their political actions. I don't know what it comprises, I'm just having a familiar feeling that I used to get at those times.

5. Yes, I'm feeling it

Been battling the dark energies all weekend. Finally figured out what it was and how to process it. Today is much lighter, so maybe I broke through it.

...it seemed that negative energies were amplified. I'm feeling like we may be starting to come out of it.

10. I got into such a deep sad hole on Christmas and the days after

and looking back on it I can see that I mostly manufactured it myself.

I feel now as though I have come through it, but at the time it was intense and very dark.

I think I learned a few lessons about the need to construct a few more safety valves into my emotional life.....

7. I went to a play last weekend and felt a *very* strong negative vibe

while driving home. From a part of the city I have been many times and never felt anything that bad from. Didn't feel fake or accidental, either. Harsh and real.
