There's a newly named centaur orbiting about: Eurytus. This centaur was present at the wedding of Pirithous and Hippodamia, and caused the battle (known as the Centauromachy) between the Lapiths and the Centaurs by attempting to carry off the bride. He was deemed the most violent centaur in the resultant battle in which many centaurs were killed. Eurytus was killed by Theseus. As of 1 April 2026 he stood stationary, moving direct at 17 Cancer 48. On 1 May 2026, he transits 18 Cancer 16.
There’s also a heap of Aries happening overhead. Consider the time to be a head-butting free zone. Sure, some of the transits below have been noted in previous posts. Reiteration may prevent unnecessary head butts. Life is complicated, distracting and its more common than not to misplace well-intended responses. Here’s to the elegant simplicity of honest and forthright responses and a clear approach to all activity in life. And as Aries is inclined to offer, hurry the hell up with getting it going.
Given that now Mercury zips up to align with Neptune in Aries, start by softening all your messaging. Sure, you want to blurt out what needs to be said and damn the feelings, just belch out the feelings... maybe a softer, more sensitive tack provides a more vibrant solution. Figure what you’re aching to say, apply some salve to your ache and conjure up the most articulate, sensitive means of declaration you can possibly imagine. State that. Give a reasonable, and brief time for acknowledgment and then follow-up with those involved in your communications
Mars stands only a few days away from direct contact with Saturn. Currently, Mars receives some mitigation from his co-ruler of Scorpio comrade, Pluto sextiling from Aquarius. You know, if you stay in your body, feel what you feel, deny nothing, and consider all options presented, a reconstituted plan might evolve from the hybrid mix that makes up life in the moment.
The reality is that Mars to Saturn rewards those who do the work. Extra credit points are awarded to those who work smart and efficiently. Within the energy of Mars to Saturn, immediate response to actions taken likely occurs. The reaction provided by life is consequential. You do this, others do that. It’s Newtonian physics. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Perhaps it’s valid to consider all things that come your way as awards. If you do something meritorious, life likely returns a meritorious reward. If you offer up something less than meritorious, life still grants awards - it’s just that the reactions might be less than ideal. Keep it clear and simple. Keep it smart and full of merit. Work those short bursts of speed and combine for long term results.
Salacia approaches the middle of Aries and is conjoined by the Moon this morning. An interesting feeling surrounds pretty much every environment in which you exist: domestic, social and professional. Is this place comfortable to you? Sure, dolphins led you here, but really, is this where you belong?
Do you want to be where you are or do you feel imprisoned? Do you want to be at the auto repair shop waiting for hours for a part to arrive that offers a simple automotive fix? Are you captured in that multi-level marketing meeting? How’s the healing session going for you? Is your threshold of pain clearly demarcated? Are you trapped on the healer’s table? This is what happens every dang month when the Moon aligns with Salacia. You gotta determine the feel and the fit of life and if you need to reposition or resize anything in life, hurry up and get it going.
The Sun currently resides in between Eris and Chiron, a triple conjunction in play. Are you doing the work of healing or are you inflicting pain with your presence? So asks the Sun to Chiron. The Sun to Eris queries how you’re feeling about that fit you recently conjured for yourself. Are you getting what you want from life or not, both in the realm of personal interactions (any focused one-to-one exchange) and financial reward?
If the answer to either of these questions leans toward the negative, then it’s up to you to reconstruct a smoother, better suited approach. First consider the Mercury-Neptune thing. Are you pressing harder than you need? Are your functioning from a “spare the rod, spoil the child” modality especially from your internal editor who determines your worthiness in the outer world? Could you exert stronger influence with greater ease? Are you gruff when anticipating a lack of enthusiasm from other regarding your latest request for enhanced engagement in your life?
Ultimately, it distills to one basic truth: Are you healing yourself into betterment? Does every good thing encountered get infused and occupy the empty space created by releasing painful events and reactions? This does beg the additional question: You did do you healing release work before engaging with others regarding your best aspirations, right? Are you comfortable feeling empty, then noticing how much space there is to fill with the supportive good that Jupiter in Cancer intends to provide?
Take a few moments and notice the red lines around you. Which red lines belong to your specifications and which are the danger alerts of others? Can you safely navigate away from hostile situations without perceiving yourself to be in a pusillanimous retreat? Is there anything you need to do not to be sick of any more regarding the manner in which you handle any aspect of life?
Can you confirm your well-being and centered state of being? Can you document all recent events and exchanges as progress even though results remain inconclusive? Is this a time in which you know that based upon the work you’ve done, everything is better?
That’s the nature of the Aries in the air.
