I'm new to yhis greetings to all you kind ppl.

I'm having tens of thousand of dollars of uninsured tmj (jaw) treatment. 6 weeks ago, my specialist dentist needlessly jammed my jaw back into my ears. I've been having ear pain, spasms, pain since then. I nicely complained and they're denying its possible and treating me like I'm a nut.

Is there anyway to have healing energy sent to me? Is that a thing?

Since you've entered this forum, I'll just throw this out: tomorrow we have a New Moon eclipse (which means, among other things, it's particularly potent (11:49 am Pacific time,if you wanna know.) New Moons are about new beginnings, planting seeds for things to grow. Try putting out an idea like: let go of what needs to be let go of, let come what needs to come in. And just to get extra juicy, do a gratitude like it has already occurred, i.e., Thanks for immediately ridding me of my pain.

I don't really understand how your pain is manifesting on your face, but if there's anything that touches the inside of your mouth, have you tried using (food grade) clove oil? Or, if you don't have that, a few cloves (like for cooking -- like what you cook a ham with, or grind up in Xmas cookies...) If you put a few cloves way up inside your mouth by where the jaw hinge is, it might numb the pain.
