I'm having to make BIG Decisions and sign stuff in Mercury Retro! How bad is it?

Hey guys,

I have family property Im trying to sell and Ive been searching for the correct and right realtor. The property is in the woods and it's quite a jungle out there...only certain typesof clients wants that kind of land...
So I found a guy that specializes in vinyard and Agriculture stuff and knew he might be the one. Out of 5 people I reached out to directly on a Sunday, he emailed back immediately and we're meeting Tuesday.

BUT...BUT...Merc Retro!!!! Will it be my downfall? I want this property sold asap, and for the full price...how can I work around this?( ...and also, any extra full moon spells are appreciated!)

I think that his name is Michael (archangel?) is helpful. I'm also looking at this breakthrough on the full moon...
I have already hired one chick and she freaked out at the jungle on the property and gave the key back immediately. I've been looking and asking for someone who KNOWS those woods....

told a joke: After the big earthquake in LA, FEMA was going around giving people checks for $10,000. They went up to a homeless guy and asked, Can we give you a check? and he answered, Oh, I couldn't possibly accept it, it's Mercury Retrograde. (UAC was the biggest astro conference in the world.)

One tries to avoid big financial things during Merc Rx -- but if you can't avoid it (or don't want to) make sure all the i's are dotted and all the t's are crossed -- and then recheck once or twice. Retrograde: going over and over something: can also be used in an extremely useful way.

Check out Steve Judd on YT from yesterday re this full moon -- also maybe Pam Gregory.

Or can you wait until it turns direct?

If it needs to be done now, then triple check all details, especially details of the paperwork. It will probably go ok, but parts of the deal may need to be renegotiated after Mercury turns direct.

The other thing I have read about Mercury retrogrades and major decisions is that we can get fooled into a feeling of urgency, of needing to get the job done right now. Apparently, problems can arise because a more careful checking of the issue can show that the feeling of urgency isn't actually correct.

If you know someone who is good at astrology, you can have them check the aspects of transiting Mercury to your natal chart. Or, you could have them do a horary chart, asking if the sale will proceed smoothly and get you the price that you are asking.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

No actual bites on the sale yet...so hopefully that will go through in Merc Direct.

I plan on definitely sitting with any contract for a day or so to really read through etc...

Thanks for the input!!!

Great idea to suggest a horary question, Love_Katz.

Horary astrology is a specialty discipline requiring years of study and practice to master. If someone has a burning question on a matter of great personal significance, they may pose that question to a trained horary astrologer, who will calculate a horoscope for the moment they receive and understand the question. That calculated chart for the burning question is a horary, and it can be interpreted much like a Tarot reading.

I became obsessed with horary astrology 10 years ago and made it my business to learn it.

Examples of horary questions:

-- where are my keys?
-- will i get the job?
--- will our business venture succeed?
-- what is the condition of this house?
--- will I marry Harry?
-- should I hire this lawyer?

You get the idea.
