SCOTUS Saturn Return Revisited

Because the Saturn return does not occur until March of 2025 I think it will take a Democratically controlled Congress (gained in this coming election) to remove some of the current sitting justices and revamp the court by impeachment.

SCOTUS natal and return Saturns square the Sibly chart's Mars and oppose it's Neptune (the Sibly Mars-Neptune square aspect I call the panic button). The upcoming SCOTUS Saturn return will thus activate the nation's chart highlighting a rift (fight) between a new Congress and SCOTUS.

The Supreme Court first assembled on February 1, 1790, in the Exchange Building in New York City -- then the Nation’s Capital. Chief Justice John Jay was, however, forced to postpone the initial meeting of the Court until the next day since, due to transportation problems, some of the Justices were not able to reach New York until February 2.

The earliest sessions of the Court were devoted to organizational proceedings. The first cases reached the Supreme Court during its second year, and the Justices handed down their first opinion on August 3, 1791 in the case of West v. Barnes.

The first meeting of the Court was scheduled to take place in New York City on Monday, February 1, 1790, but the lack of a quorum (only three of the six Justices were present) delayed the official opening until the following day, Tuesday, February 2, 1790.

"From the Record: U.S. Supreme Court first convened by ceremony, at 1:00 p.m. LAT, lower Broad Street, New York City. [Source: New York Law Review, March 1940.]"

It takes 67 Senators to vote for conviction in an impeachment case. It will never happen. hedda_foil Jul 2024 #1
