Will Congress Let Us Down
Or in order to look like they are working for those of us who put them in, or kept them in office, carve out some form of weak filibuster reform?
I have spent hours working charts to try to find a date that looks like Congress might do away with it but could not find one that looked like a strong indicator of that happening. When I did find a date that looked good the next one (the very next day) would look the opposite.
Charts for the midterms are looking similar so far. One set had me thinking Dems would take the Senate but might lose the House. Hopefully new or ongoing investigations will make things clearer (like a clear cut balance of power in Congress). I am not pleased with the way I am putting this post. My excuse is that I am very tired.
