this current mobster in the Whitehouse....He will establish a legal team of sorts just to clean this up...prevent this from happening again...That said, he also wants to try and mend the division in this country....he has to walk a tightrope to do both....Ultimately, he has felt the pain of the Minister of Chaos as we all have experienced...so, he will not ignore the duty and difficult decision...That is my take on it.

He has to do this while saving lives with America being a covid-19 petri dish.... Another pandemic team will be established...I sense he has already formed a tentative leadership team/pandemic leaders...

Biden has similar burdens that Abraham Lincoln faced....
