so that might be it. He is looking quite terrible these days. If they did pull the 25th cord, there would be plenty of reason to and it could affect a criminal case if it's deemed he is unable to participate in his defense. HOwever, he would have to go through a battery of real tests and won't get away with trying to pull a Vincent 'the chin' Gigante. The authorities are also going after his family so we'll see what's what.

Marjorie Orr said at one point that August will be hell for him.
