At the Shift Network, we have an enormous vision for collective healing, change, and awakening next year and I'm writing to find out if you are called to play a role in helping us to make it a reality.

We'll be activating a Winter of Wellness, Spring of Sustainability, Summer of Peace, Autumn of Abundance and our Birth 2012 planetary Birth Day event. We are in the process of raising investment to staff up considerably but until we do (and even when we do), we need GREAT people who are called to make a big impact in the world through volunteering.

For now, we are asking, what is your gift to the Shift - what gives you enough joy and satisfaction that you would be willing to offer it for free in the service of the Shift? What are the skills that you see as your best valuable offerings to us? And how much time could you offer?

Several times, we have hired volunteers into paid staffing roles and we anticipate more of that next year. However, we also want to make sure that the volunteers are also happy with the satisfaction of volunteering. Even if we double or triple or quadruple the size of our staff, we will still need many times that number of passionate people to do the beautiful grassroots and online organizing, teaching, healing, outreach, and mobilization that will be required.
