I just was reading over in GD and ran across this:

If you've not seen it, the entire thing is an article and interview with "a thinker" and extremely learned man that the church has deemed dangerous enough to excommunicate. He details how the church has been involved in not just a lot of unsavory cover-ups, but also in suppressing thought and discussion, and even high level politics here in the US... Serious stuff that impacts on all of us--not just the folks down at the local parish!

Anyhow, in that interview the observation was made that the church has become split, and there's a growing realization that they have got to be more about the people--not the CHURCH itself as it stands.

Simply put, this was an amazing read, and it really jived well with what I've been getting from some of the conversations in here.

This also seems to go along with the prediction I have read about that the next Pope will be the last.

2. Well, not really surprising considering that the Church operates like a monarchy. It is definitely

not a democracy and you must be obedient and not question what is considered as coming down from God. Opus Dei, the fun little faction that Mel Gibson belongs to and that Robert Novak belonged to before he died, is definitely the Church's version of the PNAC or Tea Party if you prefer. There are also liberal Catholics and hopefully they will start getting more numbers and traction in positions of power in the future considering the scandals endured under the conservatives who have been in charge for a very long time. The real problem is though that the Church will still be operating under the medieval monarchy type of government, no matter who is in charge. So I really can't see a whole lot of change happening other than the complete dismantling of it as the organization that came to be out of the Roman Empire and a whole new charter and organization formed, while still keeping the the See coming from the lineage of St. Peter.

Neptune is uncovering the scandalous NON-GOD aspects of how the church has been hiding, it asks the question: "Are your intentions purely to serve God?" You know that answer.

Pluto/Uranus is bringing down, once again, all institutions that have no integrity.
It's that simple.

Neptune is MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE, but it's subtle. It's THE problem the US is having. imho

5. Yes, these 3 very strong, spiritual planets

are "unveiling" what has been hidden for centuries. I've no doubt many will be shocked by what is "uncovered", besides the pedophilia. The financial prowess of the Vatican will surely come to light. W/Uranus & Neptune involved, I won't be surprised if we end up w/something concerning UFO's in the mix.

Here's hoping REAL spirituality will rise from the ashes of this uber-controlling empire.
