Get ready to swim everybody! All in, the water is fine!

(3,794 posts)Planets don't cause "good" or "bad" to happen. Let's say they send you more or this n that type of ENERGY, it really is up
to you to use that energy. That's not an evasive answer, that's the truth. Pisces energy is very non-worldly; don't look for
worldly success. Look for major opportunities to make spiritual headway - and then, ironically, if you make spiritual advances, the worldly successes will follow that. They don't actually exist anyway. It's either love or fear. We choose. I think.
Ricochet21
(3,794 posts)Most likely, there will be lots of spiritual focus which could be wonderful if you focus it.

(75,480 posts)It seems like a bomb isn't going to drop on my head after all. Actually that happened last year. Last year was not a good year for me. But if it's just making spiritual progress that's good for me.
Ricochet21
(3,794 posts)It seems like we all draw bombs to ourselves in one way or another, whether from "this life" or "past karma" - I don't think that matters. We're all owning our own stuff more and more; that's the miracle, I think. Good luck with the spiritual growth. R

(23,423 posts)That seems to be a big friggin deal. No pope has left that position other than dying since the 1400's.
I just watched the HBO special about the sex abuse scandal. The fall of The Vatican is on my wishlist. There's no way it should have statehood and the protections that involves.

(1,593 posts)I'm sure there's a scandal about to break!
OneGrassRoot
(23,423 posts)Failing health? They all leave that position due to failing health; they just remain until their failing health becomes terminal.
The Vatican is one of the institutions in this world that makes me sick to my stomach. Talk about greed, corruption, exploitation, yada, yada.
Kookaburra
(2,649 posts)Since when is failing health acceptable criterion for leaving this particular job?
I don't know much about this Pope, so really can't speak intelligently about any of this, but what I pick up intuitively is he can sense the coming scandal and wants off this cockamamie merry-go-round. It feels like he's been manipulated from the day he was "installed" in this position, and has been biding his time until he could get out with an acceptable excuse. I never got the feeling that he wanted to be there anyway.

(13,586 posts)I would imagine they have information in their library that would really enlighten people and let us know a lot of truth we plebeians are currently forbidden. They do NOT have the right to make that decision for the world.

(13,586 posts)Something in that man's smile really creeps me out!
And yes, the opulence of the Catholic Church in comparison to the poor of the world, even the poor Catholics of the world SHOULD make them ill. Of course they are too busy making sure the poor have no birth control to notice.

(3,794 posts)Venus in Gemini opposite Saturn in Sag, flippant but blocked emotionally, kinda like a kid snickering while he pulls the wings off of flies (just my thoughts) sniggerly

Why Syzygy
(18,928 posts)a perverse pleasure in him, knowing that his inside (evil/crooked) doesn't match up with the outside (robes/"holiness" .
He thinks no one knows.
I am always astonished at the crowds a Pope assembles when they make public appearances. That's creepy.

(75,480 posts)before I posted. This is BIG! I was raised a Catholic and this like stepping into an alternate universe. It doesn't happen.

Hopefully HUGE in a positive way. We shall see.

(75,480 posts)Rick! Explain? It has to be about the seven planets in Pisces. The last time a Pope resigned was in 1415.
Ricochet21
(3,794 posts)With 7 planets out of 11 in Pisces it simply means that we can hear God better; you might say. Divine issues get more
attention as they should both inside and 'outside' of us
felix_numinous
(5,198 posts)--thanks Rick for the heads up. I am finding peace with these transits.
Hey I looked up Ratzingers natal chart--looks like he has Pisces on his ascendant (not that I know what it means.....)

The crossfire I was referring to is abusive stuff here on Earth....I am learning to forgive and change how I look at it.
