I told you guys that I'm dealing with Cervical cancer & using everything available. LDN, AHCC, PSK16

I'm using medicinal mushroom extracts, Low Dose Naltrexone, wheat grass, the cesium protocol along with the allopathic treatment. Is anyone else familiar with LDN and Medicinal mushroom extracts, (AHCC and PSK16). I would also find out if anyone has experience with Chaga mushroom.

I honestly believe that without the energy provided by prayers and positive thoughts, all the chemo, alternative medicine, surgery and radiation in the world won't do a damn thing. I really treasure every thought energy burst and prayer sent my way.

Some interesting cancer research going on with some other mushrooms:

shitake mushrooms (breast and lung cancer): interferes with production of the enzyme aromatase, which is involved in estrogen production. Don't know if that hormone is involved in your cancer; may be worth it for you to look into.

here is some research on another mushroom and prostate cancer.

"Protein-bound polysaccharide (PSK) is derived from the CM-101 strain of the fungus Coriolus versicolor and has shown anticancer activity in vitro and in in vivo experimental models and human cancers. Several randomized clinical trials have demonstrated that PSK has great potential in adjuvant cancer therapy, with positive results in the adjuvant treatment of gastric, esophageal, colorectal, breast and lung cancers. "

Both in vitro and in vivo it appears to increase the activity of key cytokines, which in turn increase the activity of white blood cells.

In vitro it appears to stop cancer cell growth and division, and induces cells to self-destruct (apoptosis).

"Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN): Tricking the Body to Heal Itself

ScienceDaily (Sep. 2, 2011) — Researchers at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Hershey, Pennsylvania have discovered the mechanism by which a low dose of the opioid antagonist naltrexone (LDN), an agent used clinically (off-label) to treat cancer and autoimmune diseases, exerts a profound inhibitory effect on cell proliferation.

....LDN has proven successful in Phase I and II clinical trials in the treatment of Crohn's disease, and OGF (opoid growth factor) has been reported to be safe and efficacious for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.

....Dr. Donahue, who has devoted a concentrated effort on improving the health of women through research explains: "This study joins a series of other investigations ... demonstrating that both LDN and OGF offer powerful treatments to combat a devastating cancer that strikes over 20,000 women in the U.S. each year and stands as the 5th leading cause of cancer-related deaths in females. Thus, one should not lose sight that the OGF-OGFr axis is a new frontier in understanding the pathogenesis and treatment of a cancer that has been, up to now, recalcitrant to conventional therapies."

13. careful with the cesium protocol

There is limited evidence of its effectiveness at slowing the growth of tumors (in animal studies) accompanied by serious side effects.

"Studies conducted in several experimental tumor models in the 1980s found that the use of cesium or cesium chloride led to decreased tumor growth and fewer deaths in certain mice with cancerous tumors, such as those with sarcoma or breast cancer. In animal studies, giving cesium over the long term caused serious blood and neuromuscular side effects and even death.

http://www.cancer.org/Treatment/TreatmentsandSideEffects/ComplementaryandAlternativeMedicine/HerbsVitaminsandMinerals/cesium-chloride

....Several medical case reports have described serious side effects in people with cancer who have taken cesium chloride, including life-threatening problems with heart rhythm, seizures, loss of consciousness, and electrolyte imbalances. Cesium appears to take the place of potassium, a common element in the body, which can cause many of these problems.

Newer reports have suggested that it can take weeks or even months for cesium to cause some of the more severe heart problems. A 2009 report described a woman who had been taking 3 grams of cesium each day for a few months. Even though she also took electrolytes and potassium, she started losing consciousness due to interruptions in heart rhythm. Medical treatment included electrical shocks to the heart and extra potassium, but even after 6 days without cesium her potassium level remained low. With a half-life over 6 weeks, cesium takes a long time to get out of the body."*

* half-life in this context refers to metabolic, not radioactive, half-life!

I actually belong to it I think. It is through Yahoo groups. Do a search for low dose naltrexone in Yahoo groups. The archives are great.

I know there is an MD in New Mexico that has had some amazing cures using LDN and a drip infusion of either r-lipoic acid or alpha lipoic acid. He does the opposite of encouraging people to come to him though. He is trying to be a little under the radar to keep TPTB happy I think. But he has published case studies of Stage Four cancer patients that have been cured. I have seen videos of him talking. Cancer specialists just absolutely refuse to believe his results. I think he may be practicing in a university setting.

I don't know much about the Chaga mushroom. But I can offer good vibage to you in your dealings with cervical cancer.

All I know is flaxseed and hempseed have some good anti-tumor agents, but what you're doing may trump those methods.

Keep up the good fight!

May you be triumphant very, very soon.

(My best buddy does this when anyone is sick: Imagine a very blue buddha glowing and offering you healing medicine. Imagine that blue medicine permeating your being and glowing blue wherever the disease is located. I do this now, and it always seems to help.)
