What if instead of concentrating on " hating " the right wing

We rather meditate and focus our thoughts towards their Enlightement? I still hope they and their supporters will wake up and see how horible their agenda would be for our country.

It eats away at our own spirits to hate them. Hate is just destructive all the way around.

It's hard to rise above it though. Very hard.

It's better for your own personal spiritual life not to have those thoughts and feelings internalized in your make up.
It's hard though, I feel angry when I hear lies and distortions. The negative feeling are a clue that I have internal programing that gets triggered when something does not fit my worldview. We can only change our response to it, and get over it, or be mad for a long time.

One of the most challenging things to do for our own enlightenment and growth is to refrain from hate and hold the "other" in light, regardless of who the "other" might be.

And will pay handsomely for its deception. Poets, priests, politicians, psychics and psychoanalysts, among others, make pleasingly plump livings by simply telling people what they want to hear." James Branch Cabell

Unfortunately the right-wing has tapped into the desire to deceive oneself and attach the trappings of survival to it. Mitt Romney and the whole god/planet fantasy exemplifies this.

I don't hate them, but i hate what they will do to us, this country and the world if they are left unchecked.
