What if instead of concentrating on " hating " the right wing
We rather meditate and focus our thoughts towards their Enlightement? I still hope they and their supporters will wake up and see how horible their agenda would be for our country.

(30,999 posts)It eats away at our own spirits to hate them. Hate is just destructive all the way around.
It's hard to rise above it though. Very hard.

(19,288 posts)It's better for your own personal spiritual life not to have those thoughts and feelings internalized in your make up.
It's hard though, I feel angry when I hear lies and distortions. The negative feeling are a clue that I have internal programing that gets triggered when something does not fit my worldview. We can only change our response to it, and get over it, or be mad for a long time.

I don't hate them, but i hate what they will do to us, this country and the world if they are left unchecked.
