I have watched all of them start to finish. When they are over I play clearing solfeggio tones or native American shamanistic chants to clear the toxic sludge from my surroundings - and myself. A shower is not enough.

Tibetan bowls, solfeggio tones, shamanistic chants, Angelic clearing music - heck, even Gregorian Chants would likely help to clear the toxins out of your space.

1. Burn sage. That stays with you if you work with Native Americans. An adopted habit.

2. I burn sage in the AM, I grow it in my garden.

It certainly helps, but this is some seriously toxic sh*t.
