Sister Deirdre Byrne did a great disservice to the Catholic Church..

Speaking at the RNC, said,“Donald Trump is the most pro-life President that this nation has ever had.”

Forgot to mention that during 2017 and 2018, Trump and the right wing wackos controlled the Senate, the House and the White House. Any legislation written during that time relating to Roe v Wade would have passed both houses and been signed by Mango Mussolini. The record shows that they did NOTHING.

Just as a disclaimer, I'm not Catholic and I'm pro-choice, just continually amazed at the hypocrisy from the other side.

Edit for spelling.

who pointed out the difference between pro-life and pro-birth.

I'd say Jimmy Carter was very pro-life, and tried to act accordingly, while respecting the law of the land. He thought maybe if mothers had food, income, childcare, medical care, and that sort of thing, they might choose to bear a child rather than terminate the pregnancy. Crazy, huh?

or outright lying at the RNC, li,e the people given citizenship said they did 't know what was really going on. Can the "sister" claim ignorance or is she simply lying (oh my, hypocrisy from the Catholic Church.. ).

Only issue and that political decisions should not be made on one issue, but on a variety of issues. I thought the Church criticized the Republican treatment of immigrants, separation of children, and I don't know what else.
