Now, here's a part-time pastor who is also a Sheriff's deputy. According to this story, he's been preaching about LGBTQ folks being executed, because "the Bible tells him so." Looks like he's preached himself right out of work as a deputy and into the news. Jesus might love him, but I sure don't.

Pastor, deputy who called for execution of LGBT people ‘no longer on active duty’

Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler says a deputy who recently delivered a sermon calling for police officers and government to kill homosexuals is no longer on active duty.

Spangler says Det. Grayson Fritts took part in a workforce reduction buyout program two weeks ago. Spangler says Fritts is on paid sick leave until the workforce reduction takes effect on July 19.

Fritts recently delivered two sermons condemning homosexuality at All Scripture Baptist Church in Knoxville, where he is currently pastor. In his June 2 sermon, called “Why Leviticus 20:13 Should Still Be Enforced,” he calls on government and police to enforce the death penalty for homosexuals.

“God has instilled the power of civil government to send the police in 2019 out to these LGBT freaks and arrest them, and have a trial for them, and if they are convicted, they are to be put to death,” Fritts said in the sermon, which is posted to YouTube. “It is a capital crime that should be carried out by our government.”

Because we know Leviticus is actually a survival manual, not some weird kinky sex guidebook, we can go down the list and come to one conclusion: The Levites needed all the non-deformed babies they could get, because the infant mortality rate was outrageous. We know now that incestuous relations produce children with massive birth defects and why this happens. So, they made sure to list all the kinds of sex that result in deformed babies. And then we get down to number 15 (because burning our babies at the stake does nothing to solve the population crisis) and 16-17 (because gay sex and bestiality don't produce children at all).
