I'm not a big fan of Vegas, but it looks like I have a 4 day business trip there with two down days in the middle with nothing to do.
I hate gambling so I won't be doing any of that. I'm looking for shows or other activities that are worth seeing. As far as shows go, I'm thinking some sort of comedy or theater would be my first pick, but open to anything entertaining. I'm not as thrilled about seeing octogenarian performers, tribute shows, or magic.
It will be next week so not much lead time.

The aquarium at Mandalay Bay is very cool as well.
We're going down in March for the Pac 12 women's basketball tournament. I'm not much of a Vegas fan myself.

I love acquariums so I'll probably check out Mandalay Bay. I'm not sure where I'm staying yet, but probably on or close to the strip, so hopefully within walking distance.

(152 posts)The boneyard at night has remnants of old neon signs from now-defunct businesses and casinos. I thought it was pretty cool.

depending on your tolerance for heights, the Stratosphere is good... but I think they closed all of the rides at the top.
Monterey Bay Aquarium
I haven't checked it out yet, but a friend of mine went to the Sphere ( not a show, just a tour ) and said it was pretty good too.
I like the Cirque de Soleil shows, but your tastes might run different.
Long time ago I love Blue Man Group but I think the show has run its course.

Penn and Teller have a great show. We go to it every year.
My wife loves the Beatles Love show.
The Pinball Hall of Fame is cool if you like playing pinball.
There is an aquarium at Mandalay Bay that's nice.
The Mob Museum downtown is cool. Plus they have a speakeasy in the basement.
If you are into science stuff, the Atomic Testing Museum is also cool. Lots of stuff related to the nuclear testing they did in Nevada.
Area15 is a cool spot. There is a few things there like MeowWolfs Omega Mart, which is a interactive art exhibit.
