Your Rights as a Flier Are About to Get Much Better--if You Take Action

I think many of us have felt "cheated" because of delayed or cancelled flights. Is there really any recourse now? Hmmmmm...guess we'll see.

Although in the past I have not purchased travel insurance, and thankfully never had to need it, I think with travel the way it is now, we'll have to factor that cost into our total travel costs.

Don't think new rules help consumers, more like the other way
