SINGAPORE AIRLINES website and app ...SUCK!! Useless...

For supposedly one of the top rated airlines you would think, wouldn't you....


One freakin' stupid design flaw.... to register you must fill in lots of info, including, of course the CITY where you live.
Every other website i have EVER visited lets you type in the city.
NOT SIA. They have a 'list,' 24 miles long of cities in the entire world... you must SELECT one.
HOWEVER.. MY city/town of some 25,000 is NOT on the list, nor are many others in, for example, New York State.

I called um-teen phone #s, chatted, emailed... useless... 2 hours at least..

I've been to Singapore... For a place as 'clean' and over-organized as it is... get my drift....

Or are you attempting to register for a different flight?

Sorry to hear it’s frustrating.

I was stuck trying to arrange freight on Hawaiian air cargo for a while till I called and learned they can’t ship there.

2. am flying from LA to Narita. Just tried to register for SIA website....

I already have United, American, Delta, SAS, Lufthansa, Jet Blue, Korean Air, China Southern, etc

But they wanted all info about me- name phone email secret question, and address.

So I just meant I live in small 'city' large town, really....
But one has to choose from a list of a million cities arounds the wortld.. really dumb.
And my town ain;t there... LOL!!!

The website shouyldd just let you type in the city where you live.
