Trouble getting all the fans in. Nothing sinister.

Thiago still a doubt for Liverpool, and Keita warming up. That would be a significant loss.

Apparently the Madrid goal was chalked off because Fabinho didn't deliberately play the ball, which would presumably have cancelled the offside.

I never knew intent was required for that.

that showed what they were doing. Never a good sign when the police are covering things up.

As word of the trouble continued to spread, stadium and event officials reportedly began telling journalists they must delete video footage of the unrest or they would be disallowed from attending the event, despite sporting official press credentials.

The Associated Press journalist Rob Harris reported that Uefa staff had intervened to prevent security personnel from going after media to stop them from filming as tear gas was deployed. His colleague Steve Douglas tweeted: “I got bundled into a hut by a security guard, told to remove accreditation, and then forced to delete video footage of the crowd issues otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed back in.”
