(8,352 posts)in the Xbox series. I own an original still with a softmod and 1TB internal hard drive full of emulators and classic games. I have tons of games for the 360. And I was planning on getting a One maybe this Christmas.
My original PS3 failed with the YLOD and I never replaced it. But wow, some of the new PS4 exclusives are looking really great. I am going to have to budget for one.
Once you get it setup, give us a little review of it.
I'm more into my pc, playing mmo's and catching deals on steam every now and then. I planned to get the ps4 down the road, but wasn't passing up the $300 Uncharted bundle. Can finally check out Destiny and Bloodborne.

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released in multiple parts.
According to Square, Final Fantasy VII Remake will be "told across a multi-part series, with each entry providing its own unique experience."
No additional details were provided, including any kind of price or release timing for part one.

If they must do this, I'm hoping for something big like Final Fantasy 13 and 13-2. If it's something like Tell-Tale games, I'll be highly disappointed.

(2,918 posts)Famitsu and Dengeki have both posted interviews with Tetsuya Nomura and Yoshinori Kitase today about the Final Fantasy VII Remake, confirming that they are outsourcing the project with another developer, talking more about the battle system, why theyre splitting the game into episodes and more.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is a multi-part series. Please tell us more about this decision.
Kitase: The idea that a remake of Final Fantasy VII would not fit into a single release was there from the very beginning. We still cant share more information about its multiple parts, but please look forward to future announcements.
Nomura: If we dedicated our time to a single release, parts of it would become summarized. Wed have to cut some parts, and additional parts would come in few, so rather than remake the game as a full volume, we decided to do multiple parts.
Kitase: As you can see in the trailer, we showed Sector 1 and Sector 8, but in those areas alone, I think you can see a lot of density. When youre remaking the entirety of the original version in that quality, its not possible to fit it all in one release.

(29,349 posts)I never did beat it because I could never capture the strongest monster in the game even with a gameshark. Then I played FF9 and I hated it because it was too much like a cartoon and never played it since too scared to try since I only liked one game.
