The Cleveland Browns are not an anomaly in terms of stupidity. But look at the Cardinals, Ravens, Bills, Panthers, Colts, etc with three or under players out. Also note that the 49ers have no listings.
There are enough teams doing SOMETHING RIGHT to tell you that other items are miserable failures.
