Brett Favre in Dubuque

The owner of the Doghouse Lounge in Dubuque, the lounge of zebra and parakeet fame, was surprised with a visit from Brett Favre today;

Brett Favre, the former Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings quarterback, made a brief appearance in Dubuque today in support of Dog House Lounge owner Bob Leytem, who has been battling brain cancer for more than a year.

Favre signed autographs and posed for photographs for nearly two hours at the Dog House this morning before flying back home to Mississippi at noon.
