That's what makes the NFL the best. Or not. With today's Patriots win:

-The Patriots, Colts, and Steelers have represented the AFC in the Super Bowl nine years in a row. And 10 of the last 11 years.

-You add the Bills and Broncos to this list: The Patriots, Colts, Steelers, Bills and Broncos have represented the AFC in the Super Bowl 22 of the last 27 years, going back to the 1985 season. Five other teams have made the Super Bowl once, with only the Ravens actually winning the game. So 5 of the 16 AFC teams have won a Super Bowl since '85.

-In that same time frame, 14 of the 16 NFC teams have made it to the Super Bowl... only the Lions and Vikings haven't.
