a 9.8 out of 10!

I hope Kittle can return from his Achilles tear and add another couple of good seasons to his achievements.

San Francisco 49ers All-Pro linebacker Fred Warner recently opened up about the intensive, specialized rehab process that allowed him to remarkably return to practice just months after suffering a gruesome ankle injury.
Warner teamed up with Sage Hopkins, the 53-year-old women’s swim and dive coach at San Jose State University.
Together, they used specialized aquatic workouts to rebuild his stamina and ankle mobility in a zero-impact environment.
The results were phenomenal, and Warner credited the pool workouts for drastically reducing the swelling:
"Every time I got out of the water, my ankle looked so much better than it did going in."
-Via The Athletic.

Warner is one of the best LBs in the game. Good to hear he's well on the road to recovery.
