Randy Moss cancer diagnosis

He had an operation to remove half his pancreas. Apparently, the 5 year survival rate for patients undergoing this procedure is 20-25%.

Moss was never a feel-good player for me, but his skills on the field were undeniable, and I wouldn’t wish his illness on anyone.

Here’s hoping he can beat the odds.

Randy Moss was an outstanding wide receiver and had a long, successful NFL career.

He wasn't my favorite player either, but quite a talent.

Also wishing him the best in his recovery efforts. The biggest challenge of his life confronts him.

...Ben Orr of The Cars. He was quite young too. Thought they had a handle on it, and then he careened down hill.
I hope Randy fares better.

He was only 32, and he died eight months after his diagnosis.

Hopefully, Moss (being an in shape ex-athlete) will have an advantage in his fight .
