Texas vs. Texas A&M rivalry game tickets are the most expensive in college football history

Seems strange that anyone would pay that much to watch a football game - but then again the same thing applies to tickets for a Taylor Swift concert?

After a 13-year hiatus, the biggest rivalry game in Texas is back - bringing with it the most expensive tickets in college football history.

Tickets for the Texas vs. Texas A&M game set for Saturday peaked at $20,000, according to local reports, but even at an average of $1,072 each, they're still the costliest prices for a college game ever.

Admissions to the highly-anticipated show-down are also more expensive than the average price of any regular-season NFL game in history.

Update....Longhorns 17 Aggies 7 - The Aggies got their butt whipped tonight. The score is not indicative of the beat down that the Longhorns gave them.

The Cruz Curse is real and there has been a couple of threads about this curse.

If Cruz roots for a home team, that team loses. Cruz helped Georgia beat the University of Texas earlier this year

Carnival Cruz attended the University of Texas vs. Texas A&M game yesterday which took place at the home field of Texas A&M

Cruz is well aware of the Cruz curse and claimed that he was rooting for Texas A&M the first half and for the Univ. of Texas the second half

The Univ of Texas scored all 17 points in the first half when Cruz was rooting for Texas A&M

The Cruz Curse is alive and well
