I love to sit on the deck and watch the woodpeckers, cardinals, jays, ravens, hawks, egrets, owls and occasional bald eagles as they soar and land in the trees. Jays will sometimes sit on the edge of the roof and watch me back. It's also fun watching all the little bats come out at twilight, darting around eating the insects.
