Continuing my ride history since no one has complained yet

Woke up at 4:15AM (why?) with a resting heart rate of 63, blood sugar 77. Ate breakfast and got ready to ride at 7:15AM. This is the 1st day since back on the bike to ride intervals. I plan to do 2 sets of 5 each 2 minute sprint with 2 minutes recovery. This with warm up and cool down is a 1 hour work out. Today I did 1/2 of it which ran 30 minutes. My pulse rate at the end was 99/blood sugar 100. I plan to do these intervals 3 times a week and hope after a couple of weeks to start adding in the second set of intervals.

I put a Gymboss MiniMax Interval timer in my wish list at Amazon. If I am understanding the specs correctly this device will let me program the 24 steps for this workout. That would be really helpful so that I'm not having to watch the clock and trying to keep count of which interval I am on.
