My road bike was professionally fitted for me and it is great. I have a bike frame mounted on a direct drive trainer. I set it up like the road bike. I noticed recently that the saddle was too far back using the KOP method. I moved it forward changed the tilt a bit and my average power went up. Plus it is more comfortable.

I bet you'll be glad to get your trusty steed back in your stable.
